Dill Pickle Popcorn

Ingredients
1 bag microwave popcorn
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp dill pickle juice, or to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp dried dill
½ tsp salt, to taste
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Microwave the popcorn according to package instructions. Transfer it to a large bowl, discarding any unpopped kernels.
In a small saucepan, combine the butter and dill pickle juice. Warm over low heat, whisking occasionally, until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, ground coriander, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle the warm pickle butter over the popcorn, tossing gently with a large spoon or your hands to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the popcorn while tossing, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
