Gingerbread Popcorn

Ingredients
1 bag microwave popcorn
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Instructions
Microwave the popcorn according to the package instructions. Transfer it to a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Cook gently for about 1–2 minutes until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is fragrant.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Drizzle the gingerbread butter over the popped popcorn. Toss gently to coat the popcorn evenly.
