Kid-Friendly Fruit Roll-Up

Ingredients
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp honey
3 cups fresh strawberries
Instructions
Note: You may substitute strawberries with any mixture of fresh fruit!
Preheat oven to 170 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend fruit in a food processor until smooth.
Transfer pureed fruit into a small saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Heat over medium for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the heated mixture onto the baking sheet and smooth it down until it is in an even, thin layer.
Bake at 170 degrees F for 4 hours or until no longer sticky. Allow to fully cool before cutting into pieces.
