Kid-Friendly Fruit Roll-Up

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Note: You may substitute strawberries with any mixture of fresh fruit!
  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Blend fruit in a food processor until smooth.
  • Transfer pureed fruit into a small saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Heat over medium for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour the heated mixture onto the baking sheet and smooth it down until it is in an even, thin layer.
  • Bake at 170 degrees F for 4 hours or until no longer sticky. Allow to fully cool before cutting into pieces.
